Cancellation of Contract
The contract shall remain binding unless and until terminated by either party giving 30 days notice expiring at any time after the end of the Initial Term or otherwise in accordance with any other clause specified in the contract.
Termination of the Agreement, however arising, shall not affect or prejudice the accrued rights of the other concerned parties as at termination or the continuation of any provision expressly stated to survive or implicitly surviving termination.
